Cancellation Via Site Failed. (I'm a liar apparently)

I cancelled my subscription on June 5th, but for some reason it didn't work. Resulting in my being charged again today (Aug 8th), over two months later.I spoke to their live chat customer support, hoping they'd see sense and refund me, since this is a 4 month service I haven't used at all, and began 8 hours previous.The customer support representative was cocky and rude from the outset. Basically calling me a liar and insisting I didn't cancel the subscription. The fact of the matter is I DID cancel it. I stopped the server, and pressed the button to cancel renewal. Apparently the system should have sent me a confirmation, which it didn't because something clearly went wrong.It's absolutely disgusting not to refund when the customer hasn't even spun up a server and the payment was taken hours before. I won't be using them again.*Edit regarding comment: You can see for yourself which date I stopped the server, and then didn't use the service for the two remaining months. I did attempt to cease automatic renewal, but obviously missed a step or something. If I had merely forgotten to cancel I wouldn't be complaining about this.Regardless of whether I made a mistake during the cancellation process, the fact that I didn't use the service for the last two months of its term, and the automatic payment was taken hours before my request, should be enough to prove I'm being genuine. Any honourable company should do the right thing by their customer; taking individual circumstance into consideration, rather than rudely enforcing a blanket TOS policy. This kind of thing clearly highlights the intentions of a business.I'm now going to spin up a server and leave it open for anyone to use. At least that way you're not getting entirely free money.
