i canceled my subscribtion during the service period. I did a few times, as there was still option to cancel, it was a bit odd for me. Now I'm fighting to cancel the new invoice for next month as my cancelation didn't go through. When I got notification about the try to charge my account, I quickly went to cancelation again. It was first thing i did and they just keep saying now that they don't see any other cancelation and service is chargable for next month. Good thing i used card that I don't use often and don't keep money there. Now I'm fighting to get the invoice canceled.Edit: What happend is i canceled subscription, but your software didn't work properly. I was going through cancelation proces three times if i remember correctly, but none of them ended with with requesting Password like last one after charge or information about error or anything like this, just passed through. But ok i will apply for termination. it would be nice if support told me about this instead of just saying that i canceled too late and its chargeable...
