After multiple weeks, a consistent issue occurs where my entire battlegroup on Dune Awakening is not populating. The world server Firedune. As someone with limited time to play as is, I find myself paying for a service that does not prioritize this particular world at all, and as a result, my play time gets cut even further. Customer support is prompt in reply and quick to say it's another department that handles that. with no means to get a resolution. This has been a consistent issue for 3 weeks. At this point they should be paying me for investing my time.

These are just natural deceivers! They deceived me twice, claiming that the bank was delaying the transfer of funds. However, after calling the bank, I learned that there were no transactions from them. This is a terrible situation, and I highly recommend avoiding this hosting provider. They are deceiving people for money, and I am shocked by their actions.
