It's really frustrating.Big server problems, generic ticket catch-all response to a query about a severe downtime, a messy typo'd warning showed up at some point saying that if it takes longer to solve because there're tickets about the problem then it's our fault. I can only call it frustrating.They've since offered seven free days of server use in response to the problem... but that's not exactly a solution.

Awful service for Dune Awakening.Server says its running but its impossible to play, even when it appears in the server list, which is like never!generic copy paste responses with no fix in sight. Coming up to 48 hours downtime and no expexted fix date.Time to switch to the competition!

I suspect the critical part of my brain has been burned out by backing Star Citizen for as long as I have but after encountering issues with a private Dune Awakening server I joined the G-Portal Discord and found rather unsurprisingly a group of people doing their best in the face of a heavy backlash for something which I suspect has nothing to do with them. Particularly given the servers had been running fine, in my experience, up to Funcom patching and general release.
