Product was a rented server bought for the intention of playing games with friends, for a period product would not come online - Customer Service constantly gave me the runaround and it felt like I was talking to an AI Chatbot, after multiple escalations and assurances the product never worked in a satisfactory manner and support continued to be dismissive and unhelpful. I never got the impression I was communicating with a human and felt my purchase did not buy me anything but frustration.

No matter what time day or night or what Server i am having issues with it is promptly responded to and solved. I have other accounts that don't measure up to G-Portal on their best day.
