It is unbelievable that such a large hosting crashes the official Conan Exiles server 3 times a week for an hour.

Sorry this will probably be a bit long...Paid for a year of server about a month ago. Just running Farming Simulator 22. Not exactly a high demand game. Just 2 players on private game. Server set up was quick and straightforward. There was a glitch and removing and reinstalling fixed it. Server ran pretty well for first few weeks. Had occasional short outages and a couple times had to reboot it myself through control panel. Suddenly as of 3 days ago the server suddenly died. No response, no control panel access. Nothing. I can select restart from the "My Servers" page and it shows that it restarts and is back running. But there is no access to it in any way. I waited 24 hours before opening ticket.Got back response pretty quick. "Sorry we encountered a hardware issue with your server. A tech is looking at it. We have no way of letting you know status, so check back periodically". ummm ok weird response.8 hours later and I ask if any update as server is still down. I get back a quick response of "No update. No estimated time frame. Check back later" ok great...48 hours after server went down I'm irritated and ask "what's up with the server? I could build a new server in less time." (I've been in IT for over 25 years). Response I received "No update. You can either wait or we can wipe your data and start a new one from blank". The friend and I who play both work very hard long hours and live in separate states and this is how we hang out and relax now. We have probably 100+ hours each in "our town". If you havent played the game, it's a lot of work. It's why I rented the server. So we could link up and play at any free moments in our schedules. So we're gonna obviously wait.12 more hours later. I ask for an update. I get back "sorry. Nothing. Keep waiting". Insane...3 days after outage. I again ask for an update and ask why there is no access to files or backup that can be moved to another server?" I get back simply "no update" So, now I'm irritated. I ask "How can a tech be staring at this server for 3 days and still unable to fix it or atleast give a time line. And why can drive not be moved to a new server. Redundancy and backups is how server farms work.." I get back the same cookie-cutter response of "wipe or wait". I respond back with "What's with the radio silence? At least give me the basic customer support of some kind of timeline or something". I get back "Sorry we can't do anything for this from support". What?!... I think this company failed and our game time has now been wasted. I've been in IT for over 25 years. I understand this is only a game server. Not business critical infrastructure. But the customer support responses are useless and beyond frustrating. Fast but useless. No updates. No help. Nothing. Completely unprofessional to maintain complete radio silence for over 3 days so far in a world of server farms and how they function. If I can update this review further as time goes on I will but felt I needed to warn others while I could.
