Been lagging and stuttering since day 1. Earlier this week the server "broke down" and haven't been able to use it for several days. Absolute scam. Do NOT touch this

Too strict on their deletion policy. If you run out of time for 5 days your server and all backups will be deleted.

Owned a server for less than 4 days total, and in that time had to fill out 3 different tickets. Customer service was mostly helpful other than one particular agent who decided to flex their 35k hours in ARK as a reason I must not understand why my server is having issues. I had my server moved to different hardware via one agent, and in less than 24 hours it was unreachable again. This time, after investigation they determined the server hardware was having an issue, and they had no ETA as to a fix. Bear in mind this is less than 72 hours into an ARK server start, one of the most crucial periods for keeping people interested in continuing. The ping was never great, the user interface was worse than other providers, the customer service was hit and miss depending on agent... I just cannot think of any particular area I would recommend this host in over any other.
