I started out talking person that was very polite. the help wasn't super helpful. Just the normal tech stuff like "did you reboot it? Did you wait 15 minutes for the server to read the xml file and do what it said? (yes 15 minutes) it felt more like they were buying time until quitting time than helping me. I will not call them out. I will however point out that the person that helped me 15 minutes after i waited for the server to magically fix itself was super great and figured out what i did wrong pretty quickly. It was a me problem and I was sure of that from the start. In my rush I was putting the wrong steam id number in (rookie mistake) dianam was spot on with the help provided and had my problem solved in a jiffy. I have used g-portal for many years, and with support like this I will continue to use them as my preferred server provider.
