I had a great customer service experience, server was unable to start due to hardware problems in their server and didn't expect them to reply promptly like in less than 30 mins reply. Having downtime with the server is pretty common, and I like how they update me transparently. For this, I am now a repeat customer and definitely gonna use their platform for my future coops.Thanks amyg, shelly, and dianam for helping.p.s talk to them nicely as they are humans too behind the other screen.

Thats the second time g-portal flags a comment as fake. You guy keep flagging and ill keep reposting it every where in social and here. Stop lying to your customers. Your stuff is crap and no i dont need to talk to one of you, we already moved on and closed the account. I will also report this now to trust pilot because fake flagging isnt allowed.There is no need to fix it anymore seeing im not a customer of you guys anymore. So there is nothing to fix.
