I feel I was very lucky to find Jamie Redpath in GTX Support. He was very calm and very Patient with me. He explained things when I asked, so that I actually understood. He also consulted with me FIRST! Before doing anything or making any changes. And he would ask for my opinion as I did from him. He is much more experienced and understands the hardware far better than I could ever. Making his advice invaluable to my Decision making also. I believe that Jamie is a Company man! And Represents the Company and the people around him. Very friendly guy and got my Server running and back up again. Everyone that I have met from Ticket Support have made me feel important.
