The support has been excellent, any time, any hour, you guys have always been there and worked to find the best solution to help me run the server.I was hesitant to give 5 starts and thought about giving 4 because of the "tools" in the dashboard. It's just less than ideal. It's slow, the console is one of the most important tools for someone running a server and the fact i have to either leave it open or it will only give me a few lines when i access it, that's really less than ideal. I know the console logs are stored in the server files, but when ftp access is slow and cumbersome, it would be great if the console accessed the entire log since the last restart. The dashboard tool to access files is pretty much useless, i have to use and external ftp tool like filezilla, especially for a game like zomboid which i know it's not your fault, but it's coded horribly and generates almost 1 million files in the save folder, but whatever you guys could do to facilitate access to those files in a more robust way, would be extremely helpful.That said, i have used other hosts and your support was what finally leaned me towards 5 stars, i can only say thank you for that.
