Replys were instant, honest and informative. I can not ask for a better experience with customer service. 10 stars. Even though the answer was no. That was not the techs fault that Shockbyte does not have the ability to use mods on satisfactory servers. Thank you for not waisting my time.

I must say that Customer Service is absolutely incredible with Shockbyte. They are answering super fast! This is the fastest response time I've ever experienced with game server hosts ever! Their interface is lovely and knowledge base is huge! It is easy to operate on it and it is very rich with options. Jade L is extremely professional, kind, informative and was willing to help me when I had issues with setting up my server. I was super happy with the result and I was informed of all the steps that I should do and what will be done from Jade's end. Jade deserves a raise!10/10
