Would rate it a zero if I could. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Good luck ever getting a real person on the line. My server has been "resyncing" for almost a week now. Paying for a server I can't even access!

The support was great but it took a bit of time to get in contact with them (5-15 minutes). not a big thing but when trying to fix something on a break it feels long :)

3 Stars only because of Kian.Besides Kian, my experience with shockbyte has been abysmal. Unattended support ticket, 24/7 live chat that allows you to chat to a bot. A server that doesn't do its job. Thank you Kian for aiding me through live chat and having been the best, most helpful customer service I've had the chance to talk to.
