Wish I had better experience. From day one (Aug 1) I had problems with the server and customer support replied days later. Tried to cancel the server (Aug 4) but Triden R. was the only one who actually took action and helped so I kept the server. Although it was going well around Aug 16, I kept getting error about having storage full even though it was 1.84/100GB it just kept crashing making the server useless. Now its Sep.9 still no help so I just went back and requested a full refund since I can't play at all.
Terrible support, technical problems, I don't recommend

"Server connection lost" error for a week now. My ticket disappeared, then reappeared after five days. After five days they "escalated my case to IT department" no solution yet. Discord support isn't any better, no answer from the support.

I bought a server for a LAN party, and was expecting the server to be online within 30 minutes. How ever it turned out to take the entire weekend for the turn on the server, I wrote them an email and only then the server came active. I was told that I could get a full refund within 10 working days. I agreed but since that I haven’t heard anything apart for 3 “rate out service” mail which have led to no response.
