they never answer. I've had my server for a week and it's been down and when I've had problems they don't answer. I've now cancelled my contract with them and hope to get my money back. But don't believe it because you can't get in touch with them.

Support taking days despite paying 3$ for a fast-track. Edit: They gave me 3 days compensation.
