Conan Exiles Update 3.0

New magic system

One of the biggest wishes for Conan Exiles was a spellcasting system. But beware, magic is deeply evil and corrupts you the more power you accumulate. The reason for this is that mages deliberately sacrifice part of their life force to gain more power. This corrupts up to three of the character's attributes. The corruption also changes the character's appearance, but this can be concealed with magic. So power comes at a price. Take a look for yourself to see what the new magic system has to offer.

Improvement of the attribute system

In addition to the spellcasting system, the attribute system has also been improved by simplifying it. You will receive one attribute point for every level you reach. There are now only six attributes in total with the update: Survival, Strength, Vitality, Dexterity, Stamina and Authority. You can earn up to twenty points for each attribute. In addition, four parks can be activated, with two of the four offering a choice of different effects, depending on your playing style.

Revised building system

The change to the building system will be a huge relief for you. Until now, components had to be created in your own inventory, then placed in the quickslot bar and placed in the world using the relevant button. Update 3.0 introduces a construction hammer, which is then placed in the quickslot bar. This is used to open the building menu and select materials, which can then be placed directly. There will also be new building menu categories to provide a better overview.

Update 3.0 Age of Sorcery brings a few more new features. Magic is making an appearance and the improvements to the other systems will make things easier for you.
