On September 23, 2021, the time finally came and Diablo 2 Resurrected was released. The long-awaited remake of the classic game brings many great innovations over the original from 2000.

Diablo 2 Resurrected

Probably the biggest difference is very obvious at first glance - the graphics. At least the new graphics. However, players have the option to choose between the old and the new design again and again, so the old look can also be selected. In terms of content, however, not much has changed. Except for one or two convenience features, the game is still the same as it was in 2000, and that's a good thing.

No help for players

Many games always offer different tutorials, explanations and lots of other help. In Diablo 2 Resurrected, there are hardly any options to simplify the entry into the popular game. Here, players discover the characters themselves and find out what adventures there are to experience. Whether you ask players, read up on the knowledge on the Internet through the many pages, or just jump into the adventure spontaneously, the possibilities are many. It doesn't get boring and there is no danger of reaching the goal too quickly.

Graphics that inspire

In Diablo 2 Resurrected, one innovation jumps right out at you. Blizzard has designed a stunning and brand new 3D engine that perfectly captures and reflects the effect and style of classic Diablo II. The individual effects have been worked on with a lot of attention to detail and players are quite excited about the sharp textures and detailed environments as well as reflections in waters. Furthermore, there is pretty lighting and the animations also run smoothly. The new graphics of Diablo II are definitely worth a look and it's worth taking a closer look at the new edition and plunging into the familiar and spiced-up adventures.
