In "Pantropy" you are offered a huge open world. But don't be surprised if, among the green trees, lush meadows and shrubs and flowers, a gigantic mechanical spider suddenly comes shooting at you. The goal of "Pantropy" is to craft (that is, build and create) your own base and build your own mechas (mechanical robots and other) and defend yourself. You can play in single player or multiplayer mode. Defend your base, build your own robot; that's a good way to describe Pantropy, at least the beginnings of the game. Mechas come in different shapes (big, small, wide and thin), in metallic colors, but often have real animals as their model, such as the spider mentioned above.
Pantropy can most easily be described as an open world sci-fi sandbox. For those who aren't as well-versed in gamer lingo: Pantropy is an open world, with many science fiction elements. It is classified as a "sandbox" genre, which means that you can let your imagination run wild and create your world however you like.
You can decide whether you want to play against other players (PvP - Player versus Player) or against the "environment" (PvE - Player versus Environment). Since the focus is very much on the science fiction elements, the crafting and base building is equipped with very modern graphics. Lasers and metal replace fire sparks and wood. In order not to leave nature completely out of it, many of the enemies you fight are not only robots, but also, for example, giant mutated sandworms or other nasty insects and animals.Although you have sophisticated technology at your disposal, the developers don't make it easy for you to survive. When building your base, for example, you must remember to have a power generator, another source of energy and definitely heat - otherwise you'll quickly go to the dogs in this world. You build these things by stocking up on resources from the surrounding world. The sterile chrome and metal look of your base stands out starkly from the surrounding world: untouched and colorful nature that wants to be explored.
If you are ready to defend your base, constantly expand it and compete against robots from other players, then you should definitely try "Pantropy".The stark contrasts ofNature and SciFi technology have created a unique game that has much more to offer than exciting robot battles.
