This was also found out by a Reddit user, who was able to prove this by using a cheat. Now learn how to explore the rest of the map.

1. open the console in single or multiplayer mode on your server by pressing T.
2. enter #teleport[character name]0 0 1000000
3. now you are in the sky and you can see the whole map
4. with the console command #teleport[charactername]0 650000 50000 you will be dropped in the area and can explore the rest of the map
