In Dragonhold, you become part of the mystical Boundless Order - a force that fights against dark powers and chaos. You explore vast open areas on foot or on the back of your dragon, against powerful enemies, hidden treasures and ancient secrets. The mission structure is based on risk and reward: the further you advance, the better the loot you find - but the dangers grow with you.
Flying your dragon is at the heart of the game. Not only can you traverse the landscape quickly, you can also fight from the air - breathing fire, flying over enemies and carrying out tactical attacks. But you are not just a rider: you are also challenged in close combat on the ground when you face your enemies.
Each mission has a clearly defined objective: collect loot, secure powerful relics and extract them in good time. You then return to your home island, where you rebuild Dragonhold Castle and the surrounding village. There you can unlock crafting stations, forge gear and develop your character as well as your dragon.
Dragonhold gives you the choice: you can experience the adventure completely alone or team up with friends in online co-op to tackle missions together. Your progress - equipment, dragon strength and mission progress - carries across all modes.
In addition to regular missions, powerful bosses and tougher missions await you, where team play and tactical approach pay off. The further you progress, the more complex the tasks and the rewards you receive for your courage.
