I found the experience quite wonderful. The servers customisiable. And the support responses are very fast. Overall all very good.

I haven’t been able to watch it for about 3 days now and I’ve emailed them and told them and they told me what they think was wrong and how to fix it I did everything they said too do but it still didn’t work then he tried to blame it on my poor internet but I have the fastest internet possible It worked good for the first 2 months then would lag and it would kick/logg me out 1-2x a month and then it wouldn’t let me log back in for hrs even days and I know at least another 5 people that have the same occuring issues I definitely don’t recommend this unless you wanna deal with this annoying issue and they take days most of the time to reply back too you

They got this guy named Sam, absolute lifesaver support. I had some drama on my server and ownership changed, Sam dealt with everything in no time and that on the weekend as well.
