Enshrouded: Content update 3 “Melodies of the Mire” will be released on July 29, 2024

Discover the new region: Blackmire

The biggest innovation in this update is the introduction of the Blackmire region. This new, northwestern zone expands the game world considerably. Blackmire is a mysterious primeval forest, criss-crossed by black swamps and ancient ruins. Here you can discover huge trees, beautiful landscapes and many new challenges. At the center of the region is a large, abandoned temple that may not be so abandoned after all. Blackmire not only offers you visual highlights, but also numerous new exploration options and battles against unknown opponents.

Meet a new NPC and discover daggers

With "Melodies of the Mire" you will meet a new NPC: a bard who attracts attention with his singing. You can recruit this character and he will bring music into the game. You can play instruments with the bard, which opens up a whole new dimension to the game. There is also a new weapon type called "Daggers". These weapons are particularly interesting for characters who rely on skill and offer you new tactical options in battle.

Customize your armor with the Transmog system

The update also introduces the Transmog system, which allows you to customize the appearance of your armor without sacrificing the stats of your gear. You can now hide your helmet and gloves and better show off your character design. You can also find cosmetic armor in the new Embervale region to give you a unique look.
