Windrose Crew
In Windrose you start stranded in an alternative time of the pirate age. Your journey takes you through extensive, procedurally generated island groups and open sea areas. Dangers, secrets and treasures are waiting to be discovered everywhere - if you are brave enough to face them.
At the beginning, you have to gather resources such as wood, stone or fibers to craft basic tools and structures. These systems are not linear: by building workplaces and ovens, you unlock new production levels that allow you to craft better weapons, food and equipment.
Combat in Windrose requires timing and tactics - both in melee and ranged combat. You control your ship in naval battles, position cannons, perform boarding actions and deploy your crew strategically. Dangerous bosses and strong opponents await you on islands and decks alike.
In addition to surviving on foot, your ship is a central part of your progress. You can find, repair and upgrade different types of ships. With a growing crew, gathering, building and fighting becomes more efficient - together you plan raids, defend your base and plan the next big journey.
Windrose lets you play both solo and in co-op with up to four players. Whether you prove yourself in your own adventures or strategize together with friends - the gameplay remains exciting because every decision counts and every island holds a new risk.
