DLC alert - Valguero for ARK: Survival Ascended is now available!

Developer Studio Wildcard is bringing a breath of fresh air to the dinosaur survival game - including new creatures, biomes and technical improvements.

A familiar world in new splendor

Valguero is one of the most popular community maps in ARK: Survival Evolved - and has now been completely reworked for the new Unreal Engine 5. The map features expansive valleys, dangerous cave systems, vast steppes and mysterious jungles - all with stunning new graphics and more dynamic weather.

New creatures and challenges

In addition to familiar inhabitants, there are also new additions. The focus is on the Megaraptor, an aggressive creature that makes hunting and movement in Valguero even more intense. The Elderclaw, a mysterious, nature-loving creature, is also making its debut. Both challenge experienced survivors with new tactics and taming mechanics.

Free DLC - but with optional extras

As with the other map updates, Valguero Ascended will remain free for all owners of ARK Survival Ascended. Some optional cosmetic items or bundles are available separately, but do not affect gameplay.
