Cows General

Cows are passive animals that spawn in temperate biomes such as plains, forests and villages. They move slowly, are easy to keep and very useful for various resources.

Benefit

  • Raw Beef - Drops when killed and can be cooked.

  • Leather - Used to make books, armor and frames.

  • Milk - Can be milked with a bucket by right-clicking. Heals all negative status effects.

  • XP Source - Gives experience when breeding and battling.

Breeding

  • Food - Wheat

  • Two fed cows produce one calf.

  • Growing time: approx. 20 minutes

Sheep General

Sheep also spawn in temperate biomes. They appear in different wool colors (white, grey, brown, black) and can be dyed.

Benefit

  • Wool - Obtained by shearing, for dyeing, beds and decoration.

  • Raw mutton - Dropped when killed.

  • XP source - Like cows, sheep provide experience when breeding and slaughtering.

  • Inherited color - mixture of both parents or random
